MODEL
Brute Force™ 750 4x4i

MSRP
$7,599

INTRODUCTION
The Brute Force™ 750 4x4i, the ultimate 4x4 all-terrain vehicle (ATV) powered by Kawasaki’s awe-inspiring V-twin engine, has returned for 2006 and it’s sporting an all-new color.

In addition to popular Aztec Red and Woodsman Green, and two camouflage patterns, the Brute Force 750 4x4i is now available in all-new Galaxy Silver, further highlighting the aggressive angular lines of this Kawasaki flagship.

Simply put, the Brute Force 750 4x4i is the most powerful, high-performance model in its class, offering a superior balance of rider comfort and convenience features. Built with adventure enthusiasts and sportsmen in mind, it’s cloaked in aggressive bodywork and powered by the largest V-twin engine on market, and it utilizes a fully independent rear suspension (IRS) system.

The Brute Force 750 4x4i is powered by Kawasaki’s revolutionary 90-degree, four-stroke V-twin engine. Displacing 749cc, it features Electrofusion-plated aluminum cylinders, a reverse-facing air intake, 34mm downdraft carburetors, straight intake tracts, and four valves per cylinder. It also features a high-efficiency radiator mounted high in the chassis where it is best protected from mud and debris.

To assist with braking, the engine features the Kawasaki Engine Brake Control, which helps to slow the ATV when traversing steep downhills.

The Brute Force 750 4x4i transfers power from its V-twin engine to the wheels through a continuously variable transmission (CVT) featuring high and low range, plus reverse, and by pressing a button on the handlebar, the rider can also select two- or four-wheel-drive operation.

In four-wheel-drive mode, the Brute Force utilizes a limited-slip front differential, which eases steering effort under most riding conditions. The rider can also engage the Variable Front Differential Control to deliver torque equally to the right and left front wheels for maximum traction.

The front drive shafts of the Brute Force feature ATV Cardan joints – an industry first. Similar to U-joints, Cardan joints help absorb torque fluctuations to the drive shaft, and its lightweight design helps to reduce vibration.

The rear final gear case and sealed rear braking system have been redesigned in conjunction with the new IRS. Smaller and more compact, the gear case is extremely rugged and efficient.

Dual front discs and Kawasaki’s highly acclaimed sealed rear braking system provide maximum stopping power for the Brute Force 750 4x4i. The rear braking system’s internal components are completely sealed to protect them from mud, dust and debris, and its compact size provides for more ground clearance than a conventional rear disc brake system.

The Brute Force 750 4x4i utilizes a simple, yet sturdy double-cradle frame made of tubular steel, and features front dual A-arms and IRS. The front dual A-arms have adjustable shocks with 6.7 inches of travel, while the IRS features a leading torsion bar and provides 7.9 inches of travel. By utilizing a combination of needle bearings and ball joints in the lower rear A-arms, the IRS provides smooth suspension action for high stability and excellent rider comfort.

The Brute Force 750 4x4i gives the rider 10.6 inches of ground clearance and it rides on 12-inch wheels shod with tires that feature aggressive tread blocks. Rider position on the Brute Force 750 4x4i is upright and comfortable, enhancing the rider’s ability to scan the horizon, and the automotive-style instrument panel is positioned vertically to make it easy to read.

The bodywork and front grille of the Brute Force are big, strong and tough-looking. Made of Thermo-Plastic Olefin, the plastic has a high-gloss appearance and is scratch-resistant.

Other features include the ATV industry’s first four-bulb headlights, and storage compartments located in the left and right front fenders.

The Brute Force 750 4x4i features full-sized floorboards and a large, comfortable seat. To enhance chassis balance, the large 5.4-gallon fuel tank is positioned beneath the seat.

The Brute Force can carry a combined weight of 264 pounds on its cargo racks and has a tow rating of 1,250 pounds.

As with all off-highway vehicle recreation, Kawasaki encourages ATV riders to ride responsibly and to respect the environment. Kawasaki will pay first-time buyers of a new Kawasaki ATV $100 for completing an ATV rider safety course conducted by the ATV Safety Institute (ASI). Interested consumers can call ASI toll-free at 800-887-2887.

Does anyone know if the IRS on this bike works well? That silver sure looks nice on it. I know I am buying a big bore next spring, just not sure what to get. The 800 Bomb is really nice but sooo spendy

Also are they "tippy" feeling? The one thing I really like about my bikes is the stability....just trying to narrow down my quest for a new big bore next spring.....

Well, since you asked !  The brake cable running from the front left hand grip to the rear brake assemble gets water in the sheath.....and as water is prone to do in sub-freexing temps, it freezes rendering the brake system useless in the winter.

Went for a ride late yesterday...Brute has been sitting in a heated garage but after I clicked off a few miles my brake cable had froze again.  Guess I'll have to find someone with one of those gizmos that shoots lubricant into cable sheaths.

Other than that, I've no real problems with my Brute.  it's not tippy...looks like it would be but it isn't.  I'm still messin' with the pre-load settings on the springs to come up with the optimum setting.....but as riding conditions change seasonally, and load conditions vary according to what I've got packed in the rear box....those pre-load settings will probably need to be changed.

I did drop in a new CDI in mine and it really came to life then.  I'd bet I could take your 800 Outlandish!

Alrighty then...do what you will to make your machine a bit more challenging for the Brute!

It's a race baby.....name the place and time and I'll be there....well....I'll try anyway ! :raz:

Actually...it would be interesting to do a side by side comparison of our machines...now that they are properly broken in.....and slightly modified.   Would make for some interesting competition.  :ban:

What box did you get?  Too slippery to race around here....might have to wait for the spring thaw. Heard about someone that had to put 100 pounds of weight on the front rack of his Outty so he could drag race without pulling uncontrollable wheelies :sm: Ever see this? VIDEO

I had never seen that video before......I tried "stop frame" on it to see if it was shot in Minnesota, perhaps with a Hibbing area dealer sticker on the Ford parked in the Driveway.

.......Is that you Outlandish ?    Nearly came all the way over din't cha !  :clp:
