Badride welcome! 1000cc, I'm curious to see how the clutches and cvs, etc hold up under that power

make me 19.  Dealer called today, said my XT in Camo just came in this afternoon.  It's still in the crate.  Going to go and pick it up either tomorrow (Friday) or Saturday.  Can't wait.

Even though I'm getting a 5yr warranty, I'm still going to mod it and hope that I don't need any major dealer assistance.

Have Yellow non-XT  Max on order, should be here mid December, paid $9500.00 out the door, tax, frt & set up.  Have already purchased 12in Mudlights XTR's mounted on ITP type 6 wheels, which are sitting in garage waiting to be mounted on the New MEAN MACHINE......

Just bought a new Yellow 800XT with all the trimmings.  I will break it in this weekend and see how she does.  If I like her as much as I think I will the Rincon 650 is history.  :dan:  A lot of you might know me as "Rinny4Life", but I guess I chose that name inaproperatly at the time.

HALF STUCK

I sold my 2005 rincon 650 after i got my 800xt.  I'am sure you will love it and sell your rincon.  The rincon has a little plusher ride than the BOMB but that is the only thing the rincon is better at that the BOMB!  You will not be disappointed.  Dump the rincon, and ride the BOMB!!! :aniwh: NO regrets here!  However do what i did when I sold my rincon.  Hide the BOMB or your buyer my want to try it and then you just lost your sale to another new BOMB owner!:roflao::roflao:

I also switched over to the 800 from a 2003 Rincon and like roaddog said the only thing that I found that was even close in comparison was the Rincon rides a little smoother. I actually took both out last weekend to ride each and get a better comparison. I was going to keep the Rincon for the wife but after my "shootout" between the two they really cannot be compared to each other the 800 is that much better in all other areas in my opinion. Still have the reliability factor in the back of my mind but after this last weekend the Rincon may be on its way out!

I've got two 800 Max XTs on order.   A Green one for me and a red one for my other half.   She was very quick to explain to me that there was no way in hell she was going to get a slower quad than me :)

We should get them this week.  Looking forward to the ride this weekend!

Well I have to say THANK YOU to all of you in this forum. After lurking around this forum for a short time I too, am now an outty owner. I bought my outty 800 xt camo today and will be picking it up tomorrow. I ordered the BRP full skids and a-arm protectors which I will be taking to be powder coated gloss black prior to being installed (I figured anything was better than nuttin till I found better) by the dealer when I get em back. I also picked up the mud guards, the 4" front and the 7" rear rack extension. Soooo thanks to all the info here and the outlander800 web page I too am an outty owner :aniwh:

Did you get the full skids from BRP, also? Have they come in yet? How much $ were they?
