Based on what I've read, if we joined them on a Spring ride they would likely show us the best places to ride in the area.   Looks like they know how to have alot fo fun on 4 wheels :aniwh:

LOL I'm glad you said that cause we are planning a Deadhorse ride.......

and I don't think we need to advertise other site's rides. We have a tough enough time getting more than 20 of our own........BTW see ya at Folgers mud ride?

That would be fun in the winter but they are going to run into a LOT of snowmobiles with that date they are planning. Ive been snowmobiling in that area this year and they have a lot of snow along with the most sleds I have ever seen in that area for a long time.

I haven't ridden with anyone here, but I agree. Besides, they are cheese heads. It seems they all know each other there, and the ongoing worthless posts get old fast.

Roofer toooo true not wanting to bash any one but from what i have seen it seems like  a small group, self indulged with trivia [some good stuff there to] unlike aurora who put u back on track if u stray of topic etc. and much more help full with stuff as well. A lot more homely feeling here tooooo anyway, my :2cent::2cent: worth. Amo I see where your coming from but i would think that some one official would invite aurora riders to join in and make a good event great ? after all these sites are supposed to be in the greater good of all riders ? not personal gossip pages ?

If you haven't ridden with the AWF gang the Folger's mud run will be a great place to get started. I went last year and had a really good time. Hope to see a lot of new faces there.....GOTT

I guess my message was taken out of context, but hey that happens when it comes the BBS chat.   My thoughts were if we are still thinking of doing Deadhorse this Spring, it might be worth having one of their club members come along to make sure we don't miss any of the good stuff (off trail, etc).

It's all good by me, got a few new riders down here in the cities and am looking to ride quite a bit this summer so I'll likley make the scheduled rides and hopefully bring a few friends with.

Take care all.

I'm not planning on making the Big Chill myself, but I do plan on going to the Pine Center ride in April.
