Thanks!  We were pleasantly surprised to find the Aurora Wheelers website.  Nice work!  I don't think my Dad has registered on the forum yet, but he plans to soon.

I think we should just plan on me + Dad at this point.  We'll work on the ladies.  As far as reservations are concerned, we need to decide if we'll haul the 5th wheel up there for the weekend, camp, or stay somewhere else.  All depends on who goes.

Thanks again,

rhutchi1

Current Trail Conditions 8-9

All ATV trails are open. The fire danger is currently high
http://dnr.wi.gov/org/land/forestry/Fire/parkfalls/. Please use caution if you are out on the trails. Spark arrestors are required.  There are no burning restrictions, but any fires caused will be subject to suppression costs.

ATV enthusiasts returning to theChequamegon-Nicolet National Forest trails and roads, including the  Flambeau Trail System, will be greeted by more signs along the way designating the correct routes.  The new signs are placed in the ditch, generally to the right of the main intersection with another road, such as a township road.  The eight-inch-square signs are attached to fiberglass posts and are four to five feet above the ground.  Forest road numbers appear above the ATV symbol. All forest service roads open to ATV use will be posted with signs.

I hate to do this, but we (me and Dad) will not going.  I have to go to Phoenix on business that week, followed by more travel the week after (maybe Minneapolis).   I'll also be travelling the weekend before.  So, have a good one!

By the way, my dad and I love our new Outlander 500 MAX XTs!  We just bought them in late June, but my odo shows 360 miles already.  3 trips to Wisconsin so far.  We love the Black River Falls area.  My son (4) loves riding on the back, especially going through the mud.

I cannot make it. We have a ride going in West Va.-Hatfield McCoy.

If you folks ever come out East, I'd be happy to fill you in on where to stay/ride in WVa.

                                                              Be safe

Well, thanks a lot folks, but I'm a wee bit too far away for joining you.

It's gonna be a hell of a trip from southern France!!!!

Have fun anyways, and ride safely.

Ciao,

Mario

That sounds like allot of fun, if there is any chance in the world I can make it up there I'd love to attend, do they put any type of restrictions on what kids ride?  My 11yo son rides a 350.
