We will see if we can make it. It isn't to bad of a drive for us and it would be cool to meet ya'll. We usually camp at the trailhead. I will let you know for sure as it gets closer. I love riding at windrock and it is very beautiful. Please don't ride at windrock without a helmet or without skidplates on your wheeler. It is a good idea to have a winch and someone who has been there before to help you around the first few rides. I am friends with some of the members of windrock atv club so just let me know if i can help, Shari

Probably can't afford the Windrock ride

Outlandish-

Are you going to host anything in MN this spring?  I'll be out of the military in march and moving back to Detroit Lakes.  That might be a little less spendy.

just wondering

thanks, chilty

Outlandish, I'm glad to hear you comin to visit us at the best riding spot on earth!!! I PROMISE, you won't be disappointed. Ya'll are comin right after our big Spring event, which normally has thousands of wheelers from all over the southeast. The weather ought to be great.

Make sure you let us know for sure when you'll be there, (in case something changes, between now and then) we'll show you and your group some of our famous TN hospitality.

Gald to hear you're comin', see you soon, OD

Oh yeah, Indian Creek is an awesome place, John is the best! The site backs up to Windrock, you don't even have to trailer your ride, just drive up T22 and turn into ICRV, you can park in the big barn so your ride doesn't have to sit out at night.

Its a beautiful place, some good fishing in the big pond as well....:)

Thanks OutlanderDan. Looking forward to meeting some of you guys. One of the reasons I chose Indian Creek was the no trailering deal. After trailering 18 hours to get there, that will be enough. LOL they told me about the pond. Someone caught a 42 pound cat recently?

We have 4 coming for sure but most likely more  northern  flatlanders will join us there

Any width restrictions down there? I know some places have some lame ass laws about being 48" or less

Oh no, They drive full size trucks down some of our trails, Rhino's will fit on 90% of them. Just bring what you got, I have the fender extensions on my Bomb and I have yet to find a place it won't fit.

outlandish, There are no noise restrictions from the Club or CC, however some of the other riders may give you some grief over a loud pipe...Alot of guys are running HMF's with quiet cores, no problems. Some of the sport bikes are really loud and they do get some complaints from people, I know I wouldn't want to ride behind one of those all day...

We just went on our Winter Chill Ride yesterday (really cold...53 in the afternoon..) we had about 40 riders with us, did about 80 miles, got back to the lot a little after dark. Had a blast, man was that fun, I haven't gotten that dirty in a long time, it will take me hours to clean up my Bomb after this ride. :ban:

Ya'll are gonna have a blast when you come down...:)
