BAJA we could use a north route for a days ride and a south route for a 3-4 hour ride if you still want to do that

Baja,

North to Old Baldy would be a good run. Great view from up there.

Prefer a loop and as little road as possible say around 50 - 75 miles or so

Not to worry there Outlandish, even though there are fire roads throughout the area, the trails are winding through the forest.

Not sure at this point in time, as it's about 5-1/2 hours from here.  Kids will both be in school.  Have to try and get a vacation day.  If we do make it, will have to find a place to park the RV.  Maybe Top O' the Morn campgrounds.  Will know more by the 15th (after daughter gets school schedule - high school sophmore this year).

Got back from the wifes family reunion late sunday sure glad I had sunday nite off it sucks going camping without the wheelers well enuff of that. Mabfab hope things work out for ya, the weekend of the fall ride will be our 24th anniversary on the 25th. wow and I thought she was a dumb blonde boy was I wrong. Outlandish looks like we will be staying at the Tri-Lake Timbers campground thats about 5 miles east of your hotel on the rail grade, we will be there on Thursday nite when do you think you be there on Friday? My wife and I are taking a short ride Friday south to Flying Eagle Resort then back to Iron River. Like Cementhead said the people that arrive Friday get together and plan the rides out and maybe take a short ride. We can also go to our campsite for a bon-fire and you can lead us in some songs:roflmao:

Well I know Baja is camping, not sure about anyone else yet. Would be great to have you come. Baja is only online during his night shift at work so he will most likely reply then.

We are staying at Tri-Lake Timbers campground, they told me that we were in campsite ''a'' next to the lake, they have 3 lakes with campsites so Im not sure what lake we are on. ROLLING7S if you have a camper and are staying here they dont have a waste dump to empty your crapper we dump ours on the way home in Siren Wi.

Hey Baja, sorry, unfortunately, I had to camcle the trip, I had to cash in the  vacation day that I had set for that weekend so I could go in for my follow up and head cat scans that they didnt do when I was in the ER the first time, besides, I have been told by a good friend of mine to not take this fracture lightly, and let it heal properly, so thats what i am gonna do,besides, I am still waiting for parts to fix  my wheeler.

I did what???

I'm sorry about the singing thing, but it ain't happening here...not that I don't want to, but all of the animal rights groups in the area have demanded in writing that I cease and desist singing in the great outdoors as it damages the hearing of any animals within a few blocks.  I just can't be responsible for that!  So sorry, you just have to find someone else.
