I checked out the area on line , and well I gotta tell you , nope , it is not to far, not to far to meet some great people and do some atv ridin with them, not to far at all !!!!!
Hell wifey and I leave here this Friday about noon and are driving down to Miami to get on a ship Saturday for a week, then head back the following Sat, so driving is ok with us, just timming is our biggest issue, I would even say we are in for the Spring Ride, just depends on the dates.

I would be interested, depending on the time frame. If I got anywhere near the right town, it's about 18 hr drive for me. Not sure how the wife woukld like that, maybe if the timing is right I'll tell her we're taking a vacation out west, she always wants to go Yellowstone, etc. I'll tell her we're taking a shortcut! :roflao:

Looking forward to the ride. Looks like the girlfriend and i will be going. We just need to figure out on where to stay. Kinda waiting to see where other people are staying because its more funner to stay with other people ridding for the weekend. I figure from what i heard this would be a great place for the girlfreind to go ridding. Im not worried about how many miles there is. Just looking for some good trails for her to grow into the sport on.

Thanks, Tom

Great! I will put you down on the confirmed list. Where are you from? Yeah these are pretty easy going trails, some very scenic and some in the deep woods

Are you planning on having one group? Or a couple?  Typically, there are some who like to take in the scenery and some who don't let the grass grow!  I think the margin may be widened since there will be so many 800's there???

That probably will depend on the amount of guys that show up but normally we just kind of cruise along, stopping for breaks etc

If a group want to ride seperately so they can ride faster, thats cool too

"I think the margin may be widened since there will be so many 800's there???"

How should I respond to this?????? Haven't seen a quad out run me yet unless they are on a smooth road.:sm:

lol, I didn't necessarily mean 800's vs smaller cc quads.  I meant more along the lines or driving styles, and it seems like many 800 owners are speed freaks.  Some aren't though.
