 Don't know if you've been there by now, but Rathbun pretty much sucks unless you like rocky, rutted, tightish trails.  Not much upkeep on the park, but the upside is you will have the place to yourself cause nobody is ever there.  Better bet is Bluffs Creek and it is closer to DM anyway.
