Ok, I know that ATVOutfitters have been mentioned by numerous people all throughout this forum. But, here is my own recent personal experience. I recently purchased a full set of Ricochet Skid Plates for my Outlander from ATVOutfitters ( http://www.atvoutfitters.net/ ). First off, I must say that ATVOutfitters beat EVERY price I found anywhere on the net for these skid plates. Positive #1. Then, I was told when ordering that these were in high demand and that Ricochet does not give them stock of these. So they would have to be shipped directly from Ricochet and that would take approx. 1-2 weeks before they ship. I emailed them a day or two after stating that I understood the situation but was inquiring over an approximate ship date and when shipped a tracking number. I received an email back directly from Matthew Bell stating that he would call Ricochet and get things moving. Positive #2. I expected that to be the end of it. However, a few hours later I received another email from Matthew stating that he just spoke to Ricochet and said that they would be shipping my order 2 day shipping immediately and I should expect them in a few days. Positive #3. I thanked Matthew again and waited. Sure enough I received the skid plates last night as promised. Positive #4. All in all I had a great experience with ATVOutfitters and give them two thumbs up and hope to do more business with them soon.
