I am looking to get new tires for my outty800... I have been looking at about a million websites or so it seems. All the sites seem to have a favorite tire(probably due to the price at which they get it at) But what tire is the best tire and why?(I know that this is a loaded question) Here is my riding style but not limited to what I mention. I love to get out in the mud, not looking at any mud where I need to include a snorkel kit so I wouldn't say it is over the top muddin but still gets right deep. I love the speed of the outty and the handling which is the other side of it, not that I am going to be racing or anything but like to do a blast or two with it for the rush. And then so general work around the house. Not to concerned with the lawn. I have a grizz with gators and I love the muddin abilities of the tire but the ride kind of sucks. I was thinking swamplites or mud-lites xtr, but am not 100% sure, does the outty need to have radials? Sorry I know this is a lot of crap to read through but though I would put it all out there.

Well I have decided on the Mudlites as a first tire other then stock for the Outty. I am going to test them out and I will post a review if anyone wants. I really wanted the swamplites, but I am in a rush(just my nature) to get something for it. So the swamplites might be my next set of tires.

Matt (http://www.atvoutfitters.net)

Thanks for all of your help. I ended up getting 589's from Matt instead of the mudlite xtr's. I will post my opinion of the tires after another good ride. I can say I got stuck a few times and even snapped my winch cable in which I called Matt and order a new one. And I burnt off a few hundred miles of my drive belts life to, major, major slippage in the water/mud pits.
