Hey Matt,

Glad to see you onboard here.

For any that do not know it, Matt and ATVOUTFITTERS have been great supporters of WindRock ATV also.

Matt, I will be getting with you about some new tires and rims as soon as I get my XTRs sold.

Jeff aka TnIceman

I have done business with Matt at ATV Outfitters, since 2004, and can HIGHLY recommend the business. Matt is fast and fair. His prices are extremely competitive. Good folks!

ATV Outfitters has agreed to help support us for another year. This will be the 3rd year Matt has sponsored our site.
If you guys don't already know, Matt is a super guy to deal with. If you don't see it on the website, CALL. They will most likely have it or Matt will point you in the right direction.

I ordered the mudguards and a cajun magnum box for my wheeler, both of which were backordered.  Matt called me to let me know it could be a litlle while and wanted to know if I just wanted to cancel my order, change it, or just wait.  Most dealers would just let you wait until you call them, then maybe give you the choice.  I recieved the mudguards today.  :ban:

2 weeks, not bad for a backordered item at all.  Now I just have to wait for the weekend to put them on.:dan:

Thanks Matt:urok:

BTW DHL beat the be-jesus out of the box.  They had to tape it all up to keep everything from falling out, unless it was supposed to come with screws a/o directons.  I just had one tiny knick on one of the pieces.  Just wanted to let you know in case you had any other problems with the carrier.

Sorry about the shipping issue with DHL. We actually started using them because we were having so many problems with UPS (although we still use them too). If you need me to file a claim and get you a new set I will start the process, since we do have insurance coverage on them.  The other items (the Magnum and mount strap kit) are still on backorder, but I am keeping the order open. We appreciate your business!

I don't believe a claim is necessary.  I just wanted to let you know.  Thanks for your assistance.

I sent you a PM.
