Hello,
I would like to take my Digital SLR camera and camcorder on the trail and am looking for a way to protect them when riding.  Wondering if anyone has any suggestions.  I have a Tamarack with foam insert on the back of my quad - not sure if that will be sufficient.  Looked at Camera Armour but don't think it will be sufficient either.  I'm also looking at a Pelican case.  Anyone have any experience with either of these or other suggestions??

Thanks

I also have a Nikon digital SLR. Bought a soft camera bag and put it in my back box. It was alright aslong as I had other stuff in the box to keep it from moving (cooler extra clothes etc):2cent:

Pelican's are really tough, get the biggest one practical.

I have a rear bag that has zippered compartments that wrap around facing forward. I just put several hand towels in the bottom to make it cushy and set my s7000 in there on them and it works real nice so far ... its real  quick to get to for those Kodak moments :)

we have pelican cases at work for an assortment of electronic doo-dad's. they are top notch and will do the best for protecting them.
