Welcome. I'm in Wis also. South of Eau Claire. I'm going to South Dakota in a couple weeks. After that most of my riding will be local-Clark and Jackson counties.

I have an 07 650XT.

We had a great trip to SD. Stayed in Hill City, south of Rapid City. Not too hot. Rained several times to keep the dust down.

This was the annual ATV Nation national ride. About 40 machines. People from Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Washington, Idaho, Montana and South Dakota. Next year we are going to Wallace, Idaho.

Check out the site http://www.atvnation.com

Welcome yellowbomb,

I too just bought a 08 800max xt but in red. This site is the BEST. The things i have already learned and read about are great. Fill in your profile and get a pic of your machine on here too. 2 great things to check out are the product review section and the how to section. Where are you at? Always looking for riding buddie's. I am in northern IL right on the state line.

:wel: yellowbomb, to the best atv forum on the planet!  Feel free to post on the canam forum, or any of the rest of them.

A lot of us are in construction, but we got about every type job, butchers, bakers, and candlestick makers! :tong:

This is the last night of a smokin good deal on membership, plus all the goodies that go with it.  PM outlandish tonight or in the morning if you want in on it. :)
