| New to the site. found some good info on Can-Am models. keepin in touch with anything new. Just bought a Can-Am 800 Max XT. Added skids before I added mud. Yeah, "Bolt On" from Can-Am. Looking at exhausts. HMF claims some good performance. Will wait a bit before buying it. Just trying to hit 10 hours to really get on it. Open it up here and there. This thing pulls harder than my heavily modded 400 EX. Possibly better hook up. EX spun a lot. Checked on a set of brake pads for long trips. $100 for rear, $55 each side in front. hatfield McCoy area trail dealers did not have much in the way of parts for any Can-Ams. If I'm driving a distance I go prepared! Had one small problem with the shifter so far. Shows Reverse when it is in Park. What the hell, I have 3 years for this thing to work the bugs out! Have a construction site next to my house, had lots of rain, soft, sandy mud, tried getting it stuck and failed. No ruts though, makes it a little easier. Also hoping to find some new areas to ride in the South East Virginia/North East North Caroline area. Last edited on Mon Jan 8th, 2007 01:07 am by Rove Hard
