OK, I did it - bought one big mean machine.  Now all I can do is dream of the next mod and getting it on :) How hard do I ride, flipped my new $10,000 toy in less than 4 minutes off the trailer - no problem, a winch, a tire iron and 30 minutes, the days ride was on (sore leg, shoulder and thumb slowed me down a bit - but not much hahaha

First mod was the tires, couldn't get through 2.5 feet of mud and water (yes, I said 2.5 feet) without allot of work and getting stuck sucked as my feet had to get wet then (I am not a duck )  25" ITP 589's front and back and that fixed that issue!

Second came the skip plate as I ride rough and every one was talking about how week the underside of my CAM-AM was - no problem, add armor (moded the mod too as they forgot a few VERY important holes in the design (I will write that whole thing up if someone needs it) - VERY nice to have, slides off rocks AND makes it easier to rock through MUD with the smoother bottom (just how I like my Girlfriends).

Third came the snorkel (seems 2.5 feet of mud an water isn't enough, need 3.5 feet to stay fun hehehe).  Built my own, my ride has been named the Green Hornet with 3 antennae coming out the front) I think it looks cool and no more tranny slipping when going deep!!  I will write this one up soon too as it is really easy to do once you get the right parts :)

Next will be to mod a storage box and get a sound system on my ride as nothing could be better than blasting out some trash talking jams while blowing the doors off those 2 cycles in a race on the beach and some 80 thunder rock while crashing through the mud hole no one else will try!!  Stay tuned for that.

Only thing I need now is some Oklahoma mud bogs or races to play at - we have 8 miles of river bottoms and the blackest goop of mud you can find on the inlets with up to 100 people showing up on the weekends for fun - just need to formalize it a bit :0

Well, off to the mod's, I bought by $10,000 ride a month ago and have added $1200 worth of fun to it with $1800 or so to go :))

Network Larry

Sorry - missed a number - they are 26's and I wanted to keep some speed and power (not build a one dimentional machine as this is just fun for me, not money sport - if it get's to that, I will buy another one and then the mod's will make it look like something other than an ATV hahaha).

I'm gonna rename my 800 Max XT Bomb to "The Automator Recovery Team".:aniwh:

Since I'm the one that rescues Larry from himself or his "I can make it" mud pits.

Good fun, Great friends and two KICK A$$ machines makes for an unstoppable weekend combo.:dan:

Here's what a stock 800 Max can do - 2.5 feet of water and still kicking (this pic and my Avatar where done in the same hole) - I will go for nothing but the handle bars showing in a week after the weather warms up and will do the mods pics too - Hey site Mod's where do you want me to post them?

I'm "Automator's" Ridin' Partner... For anyone in the OKC area, we ride a portion of the Oklahoma River / North Canadian River.  Take I35 to NE 23rd in OKC, turn east and go 2 miles, the river enterance is on the south side of road just before the bridge.  There is another place to park also, near the Oklahoma River Dam.  Take I35 to SE 15th in OKC, turn east and go about 1 mile, turn left (north) and go about another mile, turn right just before the river brige.
