Just bought two 27-12-9 & two 27-12-12 to put on. I noticed that the 9 inchers are about 1 inch shorter than the 12 inchers when you stand them beside each other. Is this going to be a problem when I,m in 4 wheel drive?

mounting them on wheels might change that if your front wheels are skinnier than the rears (like the stock ones), and then your rears will probably wear a little faster too with some fishtailing & stuff. And with less than an inch difference, you can even them out some with air pressure.

STILL WANDERING ABOUT POSSIBLE PROBLEM WITH RUNNING THE MAXISS BH ON MY OUTY. THEY ARE 27 9 & 27 12. THE 27 12 IS 1" TALLER THAN 27 9. RIMS ARE BOTH SAME SIZE ( WITDH ). FRONT TIRES HAVE 6# AIR AND REARS HAVE 3#. WILL THIS ONE INCH  DIFFERENCE BE A PROBLEM ON MY GEAR BOXES WHEN IN 4 WHEEL DRIVE?

:coff:

i'd be real surprised if it hurt anything. Probably lots of guys out there with the same 1" difference that dont even know about it. Might wanna keep it in 2wd on the pavement to be safe
