Anyone going to this, I think it opens to the public at 9am. It's free admission.

Not trying to be a dink or stray off topic but.......it is my personal opinion that the ATVAM site is sorely lacking in updates on the news link, I think the last update was a year ago, and the chat board, well, sucks. I would think they would stay more informed, I learn more about what's happening relating to atvs in the state from this site. :thumb2:

Disclaimer: I am in no way ripping on anyone who moderates or is in charge of that site, I'm just trying to figure out why that site seems so out of touch.

Survey guy I agree with you, it seems no one updates the site, with all the members they have you would think they would keep it up to date and maybe have some pics or news of the Fall convention  that they had.

I agree, they need to spend some of our money on a good webmaster *hint*

I agree, gee you would make a good webmaster!:thumb2:

I just joined ATVAM and noticed when you go to the home page they have a link for the fall convention and some other more up to date things listed. With that said why have the news link if you're not going to update it or use it for its intended purpose, I don't usually go to the home page I go to the forums or news links. So I guess what I'm trying to say is I still don't like how it's set up!

I printed off a member sheet so I can join this site but I need to wait until I get more checks sent to me(I ran out) and then I will be sending in my form.

I figure I come here enough I better help support everyones time and effort that go's into the upkeep, and also I know you won't judge me cause I don't wear a helmet.:)

After that I'm joining WATVA, since I do 99.9% of my riding in that state, however their members don't seem so understanding about those who don't wear helmets, but that's alright I can take the heat!:aniwh:

Oh, and just so I don't feel like I highjacked this thread, I won't be attending the swap meet :aniwh:I'll be at the cabin doin some riding and maybe some fishing.

I printed off a member sheet so I can join this site but I need to wait until I get more checks sent to me(I ran out) and then I will be sending in my form. Excellent !...... I really appreciate more members in the club. No helmets required. LOL

This forum however is a separate entity from the club. I have tried to keep it that way to entice a bigger forum community. Many of our regular users are club members too. Including ruapache, roosterado, BAJA X, ice and a few others that live far, far away LOL but there is no requirement to join though.

On the other hand the money for club membership does not support the forum, there is a link at the bottom of the page for that. (Which has never been used...hint, hint people LOL) The club money goes into a fund that may be used for rides, tee shirts, hats, stuff and things etc.......

The forum was built and maintained by myself (time and costs donated). The donate button is there to try and offset my out of pocket server costs.

The forum is free and there is no obligation to join or donate but it is appreciated very much!!!
If that makes sense I'll be suprised :roflao:

Amazingly enough my checks came in the mail yesterday, so I mailed off my membership form this morning. Also, I believe you have a donation to the site.
