Clubs, All raffle tickets, sold and unsold, and half the money in the form of a check made out to ATVAM (do not send cash), MUST be returned no later than August 31, 2005. Remember, you keep half the money for your club. DO NOT REMOVE THE STAPLES FROM THE BOOKS; leave them together. The tickets need to be recorded prior to the raffle and it is extremely time consuming to have to re-count individual tickets. It is much easier to keep track of a book of tickets rather than loose tickets. All tickets must be accounted for at the end of the raffle. If tickets are semi destroyed, send back what remains of the tickets. Pieces and parts are better then nothing. If tickets are lost write down the ticket numbers with a note that says they are lost. Please return them to: ATVAM, PO Box 557, Osseo MN 55369. If you have any questions please let me know. Thanks for your help with selling the raffle tickets!
