Outlandish, wasn't sure where to post this. so please place it where you see fit. Thanks. G...

Now that I have more than one quad I guess I should buy a trailer. I've been checking out the H&H ATV 8.5x 14 lowrider. one machine in front sideways and one in the back and it has only 17" deck height. does anyone have any opinions on this unit.

My main corncern or rather need with a trailer is I 'm either gonna be pulling it with my suv that has only a 3600lb tow rating or my sportcoach so i'm not sure how one of those high unit would trail behind the motorhome with two big quads side by side. and a 30" deck

Any help or insight to the way the 2 different styles of trailers work sure would be appreciated. Thanks

I just purchased one of these and it rides and handles very nicely.  I have only taken it out with one BRP 800 Max on it but We drove several different Quads up on it to test the fit.

2007 Dargo Drgtaxxwide (8'5" x 16').  Great trailer...Fits 4 Outlander 800 Max Quads's no problem.

Set them side by side, two deep.  Just drive them on and strap down:)

Also they have a cheaper model available:  2007 HaulRite HR10216XX

edited to shorten links

My edited comments got lost, so I'll repost.  I have a Tahoe so towing is not a problem.  I noticed with my boat trailer (low profile) that I drag it (rear end) quite a bit, especially when entering a gas station with high curbs.  It is a long dual axel trailer though.  These Quad trailers are popular and lots of folks tow them with all kinds of small SUV's with no problems. Hope this helps:)  At least you will have a link with some pictures to compare:)

I bought an open trailer that's 6'0 x 12'0 from our local Home Depot. It has 15" wheels which I prefer to the wide 10" that a lot of them seem to have. It loads one sideways in front and you drive the other on from the back. In a pinch I can haul three sideways, but it takes some creative loading. I would recommend a wider trailer, at least 6'6 as the side ramp limits how long the front machine is or better yet a 14' trailer that would handle 2 machines lengthways. Pulls great and easily handles the weight. Just my opinion.....Gott

4 outty max's fit fine on this trailer and it's a sweet price almost a grand cheaper than all the competition. plus I want to keep it in my shop and the 16 footers are about 21 feet long. take up to much space.

Thanks Don, it seems like a very nice trailer It's weird there's not much info regarding this brand even on there on web site.

I eneded up purchasing a Aluma 8.5 x14 tandem Drive on, Drive off Trailer. I picked it up yesterday and drove home empty with about 30-40 mph cross wind. Iit pulls very nice, could actually barely feel it behind me. Loaded up my 800 and brought it in to the city for service today and it was great. I'm very glad I've chosen this trailer and highly recommend it.  Thanks for everyones Help!!

Thanks guys. 15" rims w/ carlisle snow tires.

I had 3 quads on it yesterday it pulls wonderful I can hardly wait to pull it behind something with a little power. You can real feel it luggin the little SUV down. The book say's you could pull 3600lb, but I would say it would have to be downhill with a 40 mph tailwind.

Have a good day!

Gary
