Can some one  tell me if Wisconsin is considering a 50" atv width? With aftermarket rims my 800 is over 48".  Is it going to be a problem?

I wouldn't worry about it, I've never seen them check anyone before.

I am worried about the same thing. I know the Outie starts at 46". What tires and wheels do you have that measure 48"? I was thinking about ITP type 7 with Bighorns.

I just put TYPE7s, and Terra-Cross on my 2007 Can Am 800std. Rear is 50"/frt. 48-1/2". I ride in Wayne Nat'l Forest in Ohio, they have "gauge posts" that you have to go thru. There is, of course, always a way around them, though

I believe your best bet would be to mount the Horns on the stock wheels
