Since they haven't even starting building it yet, I would not assume it is in the immediate future. This has been in the works for several years now and has been slow going. I hope that they step it up and get going on it soon.

Yeah it was originally planned before the Gilbert park. I heard it's just a small parcel of land that the owner won't sell thats holding it up
