per the "Bottom line....... ... FS planners will not tailor site-specific decisions to address any of these issues if the OHV community doesn't provide regular, voluminous and effective input during the planning process." How does the common ATV/OHV enthusiast go about doing that? Which of the many associations or groups are better geared towards speaking for us Commonites? I'd like to be able and do what I can to help but don't where the best bang for the buck is.. ???
