-- Who Said There's No Bad Publicity? -- Oakland - Billboards in Oakland will soon read, "How Much Clearer Can We Make It?" Those billboards, along with the question, will also have pictures of men who have been convicted of attempting to pay for sex. Members of Oakland's City Council are trying to put a stop to prostitution. According to the city's interim police chief officers have arrested around 70 "johns" and hookers per week. Council supporters are all for the new campaign where others and former prostitutes say it publicly shames those who have already been punished.
