Is there a hot plate under the table. I doubt they are popping the corn just by receiving only. But I could be wrong, might explain my migraines lately.

NOT The Radio power in a microwave averages 700 watts. It takes several minutes to get corn hot enough to pop. The power from a cell phone is 5 milliwatts. thats 5 thousandths of a watt. not enough power to even change the ambient temp in the corn, let alone get hot enough to pop it. I don't buy it at all.

I checked snopes, the website for urban myths Cell phones won't cook an egg or pop popcorn. They say the videos are promotionals made by a company that sells bluetooth headsets. LOL, thats some real incentive to buy a headset.
