This was found inside the gated, fenced in cemetary. We had our Family get together, and found this...

I guess if the burial of a pet actually took place, the person meant well but obviously did not think it though. I assume it is in a rural area and that the owner wouldn't be hard to track down if you wish to have the pet removed. I think I would leave it alone.
