 We've pretty much got it narrowed down to TN when we move out of WI. House prices are decent and taxes on a $100K house are only $300.  Plenty of hilly riding country and winding roads.

Anyone that lives there, what areas are the highest altitude? Are those areas cooler in the summer? Is the winter any worse up high?

Gonna try to get down there to check it out in spring. I'm sick of WI.
