At about 5:30 tonight,near Sault Ste. Marie Ontario, my GRT Utillcorp Post Driver broke down. With possible fines for not completing the job before opening the lane to public traffic I was tense. A call to Wooster Ohio put me at ease. I called and reached Tom, one of the owners, and he walked me through possible causes. His first suggestion was the ticket and we got the job done. How often in this day and age do you call and get the guy who built the machine, and remembers the machine, and you, after 10 years? And answers the phone himself after 5? Although this doesn't relate to this site I had to tell someone about the great service from Tom Funk and GRT utillacorp in Ohio.(I just thought of something, is this considered spam here?)

Sounds like good customer service to me. He wants your business and you most likely will utilize his services in the future. Glad to hear it worked out for you.

The funny thing is they are the only manufacturer of a post driving machine of this size (its mounted on a tandam Kenworth truck) in North America, that I am aware of (duty free, no Canadian makers)and they still treat you like you are there only customer.
