Anyone that owns the Grizzly 660 knows how hard it is to pull start. Here are some tips that Robert emailed to me.

Here's the steps:
1. Grasping the pull start handle, slowly pull the handle up until you
feel it "Give" or "Release.
2. Let the rope back into the pull starter completely.
3. Give a good full pull of the rope, & your Grizzly should be running.

Here is another tip if you live in an extreme cold climate. If your electric start just won't spin it fast enough because of the cold temps, have a buddy pull the rope the same time as you hit the start button.

lol .. yea that is what i have to do to get my 96 timberwolf to start till i brok the pull start rope... the starter is bad or something and wont' spin fast enough by itself to start the motor while its cold.... i;ve tried new batteries, jumping it helps a little . but i think its the starter??

the pull starter on the 660 grizzly is to lift the left side of the four wheeler not start it:tg:
